Candleston 
The Site : The main 100 acre site is exclusive for our use during our stay, it is mainly wooded and well drained, the site includes a several basic buildings used as IC areas as well access to the  local sand dunes and castle.

Directions
: Follow the road into Merthyr Mawr village and at the junction in the village stay to the right. Follow the road out of village until it ends in a car park. At the entrance to the car park go through the left hand gate (it may be shut - if so just open it, and close it again behind you) into the forested area.  Drive along the left hand track until you reach the event parking area. Basic Information
: This is a camping self-catering event, so tents, camping equipment, food and drink are essential.  The site has flushing toilets, shower blocks with hot and cold running water and washing up sinks available.  Standpipes with drinking water are also located at various points around the site.  No Kitchen facilities are or will be available.

Huntley Wood 
The Site : Huntley Wood is divided into 3 sub sites, we use the Wyld Wood site which is exclusive for our use during our stay. IC we use log cabins and old and new forest.

: Huntley Wood is situated just east of Stoke-on-Trent in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands, less than 3 miles from the A50 dual carriageway which connects the M1 at Derby to the M6 at Stoke-on-Trent. The nearest railway station is Blythe Bridge, just over 3 miles away on a direct line between Crew, Stoke and Derby, from where thare are fast, easy connections to the rest of the country.  Full directions can be found on the website link here. Basic Information
: This is a camping self-catering event, please bring your own food, cooking equipment, tentage, sleeping bag, mugs etc. Camping is between trees, good large flat area may be difficult to find so smaller sized tents are better. The site has a toilet cabin, hot and cold running water, washing and shower facilities, Standpipes are dotted around the whole site for clean drinking water. One of the Pine cabins has a fully-equipped kitchen including one cooker, microwave, ample fridge and freezer space, and a wide range of pots, pans and utensils, this is available for your use.

Oakraven 
The Site : Oakraven is a old school house and for our IC use consist of several rooms, one large main room and several other interesting area, additionally outside courtyards may used.

Directions
: The centre is accessed via a private track off Jubilee Road, Jubilee Road is a small lane off the A4136. Sat-nav on the post-code will bring you halfway down Jubilee Rd, to the school sign. Just keep going for a further 200 metres you will see the centre building on your left. Take the 1st left (just past the White House on your right) to drive up to the centre itself for unloading. A bus service from Gloucester operates along the A4136, and there is a bus stop at the end of Jubilee Road. The nearest train stations are Gloucester and Lydney. (Oakravens own details here)
Basic Information
: This is a self-catering event accomadation is via double bunkbeds in several 5 player rooms that on average sleep 4 people, you will be provided with basic bottom sheets, however no top sheets, pillows, blankets or quilts. The rooms keep warm well, so a blanket may do you or just a sleeping bag and rolled up coat as a pillow. The site as regular kitchen with fridge, freezer, micro wave, toaster, large cooker hob and oven, pans water boiler etc. enough cutlery and crockery for 30 people. With one cooker though its best if you can to join forces into groups as much as possible.

St Briavels Castle
The Site : St Briavels is 800 year old a moated Norman castle built as a hunting lodge for King John in 1205..we have exlusive use of the castle rooms and courtyard.

Directions :
From the north M6, M5, M50 follow the signs to Monmouth. From there follow A466 to Chepstow. After approximately 5 miles turn left and follow signs to St Briavels. The castle is straight in front of you. From the south M4, M48 to Chepstow. Follow the A466 to Monmouth. Approximately 7 miles after the metal bridge, turn right and follow signs to St Briavels.
Basic Information
: Events will be catered with breakfast, snack lunch and evening meal on Saturday and breakfast Sunday morning, tea, coffee and squash will also be included. On Friday night you will be expected to eat during journey or bring snack food.  Accomadation is via bunkbeds, sheets, pillows and duvet are provided.

Wilderness Centre
The Site : The site is old manor house and outbuildings surrounded by parkland

Directions : The Wilderness Centre is signposted off the main A4136 south out of Mitcheldean (it's less than a mile from the Oakraven site we use).

Basic Information
. Events will normally be catered.  Accomadation is via bunkbeds, pillows are provided but no sheets or pillows case, sleeping bags may be the best option, but if not please do not sleep directly on the bed please bring a bottom sheet and pillowcase. We will be using the inside and outside for in-character encounters all the bedrooms on the 1st floor will be OOC but all the ground floor rooms apart from the crew areas and kitchen will be IC




Unstone Grange
The Site : The site as 2 large lounge rooms, 1 dining romm, 2 fully equiped kitchens and 9 bedrooms, it is run by a volunteers

Directions : M1 - junction 29 - signed for Chesterfield. Follow A617 to Chesterfield to roundabout at the end. (4-5 miles). Take last exit from roundabout - A61 Sheffield. At second roundabout still follow A61 quarter of a mile take exit signed Dronfield/Unstone. Follow this road for 1-2 miles into Unstone Green - just through Unstone Green turn right signposted Hundall/Apperknowle (Crow Lane). From the bottom of Crow Lane, go past the war memorial, through Unstone village, round the bend to the left, past the road on your right, signed Hundall, and Unstone Grange is on your right - the car park is tight right turn right just through the entrance gate, although you may wish to drive up to house to unload, don't stay there long or will block staff and other peoples access.

: The event will not be catered.
There is a large self catering kitchen, with two double ovens and a toaster, Microwave, fridge and freezer, plenty of, pans cups, plates, cutlery etc. There is also a further kitchen, located in the yard, for anyone camping or using the barn, which the crew will be, so there is plenty of access to Kitchen Equipment and tea facilities. Please note the barn also has tea making facilities. Beds are of the single pine variety, same as YHA with a few rooms having a pull out truckle bed underneath. You will need to bring your own pillow case and sleeping bag/bedding. You can bring alcohol as there is no licensed bar.
