To book a place at any event please contact Richard H using the following email address richardh@ascendancylrp.co.uk or your regular contact method/email.
Ensure you get a reply confirming your place, as I know some emails have been lost lost in spam filters before.
IMPORTANT Many of our events get fully booked and we turn players away, on fully booked events where other players are waiting for a place you may be asked to confirm your place by paying the full amount or a deposit to secure your place, you will be notified if this the case and given chance to make payments.
Payment
Payment details will be confirmed by Richard H once you have made your provisional booking.
Spaces are only fully confirmed when a deposit or full payment is recieved, until such time you space may be offered to another player. You will be given 14 days notice to make a deposit/full payment should the event reach capacity and your space offered to another potential player.
Refunds
Events with early booking discounts - Once payments is made, we offer full refund for cancellation made before the early booking deadline of the event after that we offer 50% refund for cancellation upto 2 weeks prior to an event or transfer of the full amount to future events, cancellation 2 weeks or less before a event will not be refunded.
Events without early booking discounts are not refundable once booked and paid (remember until you have paid your place is not confirmed), however we may consider a transfer of your booking to another player if the event is full.
On the gate/at the event payment
We only accept payments at the event from regular players who have proved to be reliable. Players who abuse this and cancel at the last minute, will find this service not available to them and be asked to pay at least 1 month before the event.
New Players
New players must pay the full amount to secure the player place.
For New players (and New Crew) we will need the following information

We only accept group booking for families or partners, large groups of players should book and pay individually. If your group want to come as package you may check availability of places, but once reserved they remain only pencilled in until paid as above. Crew : Non Playing Characters & Crew [NPC's] : Free (accept catered events)
If you fancy playing a multitude of different non playing characters in order to entertain, scare and combat the player characters, playing NPC's is for you. So sign up now and join the crew, what's more its free!!!
