Dark Ascendancy (3/7/10) Its good to be bad..
Play as part of one of 6 Factions in 6 waring parallel worlds, The Talons of Lo Pan, Baby Boomers, Architects of Iron and Steam, The Thirteen,
The Ascended, Atlantian Protectorate, Fu Leng's Dragons.
More details will follow, but rumours are you will get to play the bad guys if you wish.
Dark Ascendancy will be an independent game, players characters in Dark Ascendancy won't be allowed to play in the main Ascendancy game
and visa-versa, also the main Ascendancy games plots and players goals will not be effected by what players do in Dark Ascendancy.
All these Factions are part of twisted parallel versions of the current world so you should have a good basis for the places and characters you meet.

Battles and new stuff
Battles with player characters involved for 2010 will be reduced in number.
Those interested in wargames will be invited to control forces if they wish in a small campain, that will shape the future of part of Ascendancy world
Player characters will not be be involved in these conflicts and the conflicts will have no direct effect on LRP events.
Also coming up in 2010 is a chance for Ascendancy players to take control of a tribe/nation on the newly discovered continent in a play by mail
strategic skirmish game that will develope the continents background/political layout.
