This is a self catering hostel event, ( however for the December event a Christmas Buffet will be provided on the Saturday evening, so please advise of any dietary requirements upon booking onto the event.)
There is a huge self catering kitchen, with two double ovens and a toaster, plus fridge and freezer, cups, plates, cutlery etc.
Children are allowed but have to pay full cost. Please call me if you wish to bring a small baby, so I can discuss with the owners the logistics.
Sorry there are no crew spaces available on this event, due to limited space. Therefore this even will have a freeform format where the plot will be managed and guided by the referees and players.
There are three showers, two of which are outside the main building, as they are accessible for campers and people with disabilities too. There is one bath in the main house. There are Three toilets in the building, two outside, again for camping access and our use. There is also a further kitchen, located in the yard, for anyone camping or using the barn, which we will be, so there is plenty of access to Kitchen Equipment and tea facilities. Please note the barn also has tea making facilities.
Beds are of the single pine variety, same as YHA with a few rooms having a pull out truckle bed underneath.
You will need to bring your own pillow case and sleeping bag.
We cannot guarantee to sleep everyone where they want to be, but will endeavour as usual to keep people in the groups they like to be in.
You can bring alcohol. There is no licensed bar. Please drink sensibly though.
The site has 5 acres of land attached, which we are free to use. Please however treat the Orchards and the vegetable gardens nicely, as these are used to feed the staff onsite and provide an income.
