Group Events 2010
Aimed at groups of 5 or more players these can take many forms be it one day linear, two day linear, pub meets for one evening, 1 day role-play followed or preceded by a one day table top battle, the groups can discuss what and when they want a event and the refs will hopefully be able to accommodate your wishes.
The groups organiser should coordinate the event, invite players and make arrangements advise estimated numbers discuss with head Ref AndyL, payment can be made as a block or by the individuals invited. Only players invited by groups organiser are allowed to attend, so if you want to join in a group event as a player you need to contact the group organising the event, not head ref AndyL.
Crew however should contact head ref AndyL
AndyL will be running events in the Midlands run at Shinning Cliff.
Graham(Grum) will also hopefully coordinating a few events In the South West (site to be advised).
Overall coordination of events will be by head ref AndyL who will be ensuring that things remain consistent, linked and the underlying story continues.
